ONLINE SUP YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Current Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Certificate from an accredited organization (an in person CPR training is mandatory at least once in life). Certification has to be completed before training date.
RYT200 (Yoga Certification) or equivalent. If you are doing your 200hrs, then you need to complete it before registering with us. **
Have taken at least 2 SUP Yoga Classes before training date & have some paddleboarding experience (being comfortable standing up on the board is mandatory)
Be able to swim is required and be comfortable getting in the water
**You can also register for this Online Course if you just want to improve your personal practice and/or technique, however, your certification will only be a SUP Workshop certificate instead of a full SUP Yoga Certification. Please note that in order to teach SUP Yoga Classes, you must have at least a 200hrs Yoga Training.

Become a certified SUP Yoga Teacher with 904 SUP Yoga from the comfort of your home. . Our Online training is a mirror of our in-person trainings. The SUP Yoga Teacher Training (SUP YTT) with Monica Bermudez integrates the history of a yoga teacher training, paddleboarding skills training and the experience of a stand up paddle board yoga professional for the best online SUP Yoga program available. This 22 hour training will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to assuredly guide your class participants and their practice from land yoga and onto the paddle board in an enjoyable, comprehensive and secure environment. Participants have 16 weeks from the enrollment date to complete this certification. No hard copy of the program content will be delivered to you, all the material is online. The training has some theory parts and some practice parts (videos) as well as some one-on-one mentorship sessions with Founder Monica Bermudez.
